The starch I am going to add all the fruits these are strawberries mangoes apple banana and no added sugar because the foods in itself are very sweet these are dates and here comes chia seeds some mixed pumpkin and sunflasses and these are walnuts this makes for such a filling and tasty

Breakfast I can’t tell you I’m almost addicted to it so you can soak the oats and keep it in the fridge or you can even keep them outside but you can do without the milk also that’s about it enjoy
