To add in half a cup of uh Fox taale Millet flakes I got mine from um organic Manda this is how it looks uh it’s available online so that’s how I I bought this into it I’m going to add in four figs these are dried figs I’ve

Added just four figs into it you can add more if you need it more sweeter I’m also adding in two walnuts which have roughly broken and then I’m adding in 1 tbsp each of black sesame and white Sesame I’ve taken here four small bananas so I’m going to add in

Those four bananas I’m going to just roughly break them into two and add it into the uh mixer jar I’m adding in one 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of uh cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of flax seeds these are plain one without roasted I’m adding in 1 teaspoon each of pumpkin seeds and

Sunflower seeds you can add any of the seeds that you have and 2 cups of full fat milk uh you can add uh normal milk as well or low fat milk but these I’m making for my children so I’m adding full fat milk and then blend it and your

Smoothie is ready to be served so I’ve got a thicker consistency here texture is uh spreadable my children like it this way if you want it more runny then you can add more milk to the Smoothie so I’m going to garnish this with a few rayin you can add as

Much as you want you can add dates as well and I’m also going to garnish it with some Coco nibs um my I like the texture of cocon nibs in the Smoothie so yeah I’m going to just sprinkle around one t teaspoon of cocon nibs on top and

Then here I have some honey so I’m going to drizzle it on top of of the Smoothie we’ve not used any other sweetener here so I’m just going to drizzle as much as uh sweetness needed here I’ve used around 1 teaspoon of honey on top of the
