This Nori Sandwich is what I like to make with leftover grilled Salmon.
Ingredients:
Nori sheet
Brown Rice
Furikake
Cucumber
Carrots
Kewpie Mayo or Vegenaise
Grilled salmon
Avocado
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Cut the nori sheet half way. Add the rice and furikake on the bottom left. The the cucumber, carrots and mayo on the top left. Then the grilled salmon on the upper right. And finally the avocado topped with toasted sesaame seeds on the lower right of the sheet.
Carefully fold from the bottom left, working your way up and around until you’ve crafted a delightful, compact square.
Indulge in a well-balanced Nori Sandwich! Healthy, delicious, and totally complete. :)
