Sauté finely chopped half an apple with half a teaspoon of brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon powder (if you are a cinnamon lover) then add a cup of milk along with 4 dates cut into small pieces. When the milk brings to a boil, switch off the flame and add a cup of unsweetened corn flakes and a tablespoon of soaked chia seeds. Enjoy it with crushed walnuts and berries.
