Soak 200gms of Wheat grains overnight, make the soaked grains to sprout out. Soak Orid dhall, fenugreek separately for atleast 2 hrs.
Grind the sprouted wheat grains, Orid dhall, fenugreek into a dosa batter consistent. Add salt and mix the batter then leave to ferment it for 4-5 hrs.
Prepare dosa’s, served best combination with coconut chutney or as per your choice.
