Salmon is one of the most healthy food on the planet. it is considered as a superfood. Salmon is loaded with amazing health benefits that may reduce risk factors for several diseases. that is why i dont want to waste any single meat from this fatty and delicios fish. Here i have a trimming from my sashimi and im going to show you how to make a delcious side dish out of it.
Ingredientes:
salmon trimmings
chilli paste 1tbsp
mayonaise 1tbsp
scallion chopped 1 part
onion chopped 1/2
lemon zest 1tsp
lemon juice 2tsp
pure honey 1tbsp
pinch of sal and pepper
now you make more out of your salmon.
