You call it stress but you want challenges in whatever your endeavors are whether that’s work business you know you’re trying to create a business you you want some struggle there but not in say you know your mental state you also want some struggling things like you know challenges that you want to achieve
So whether that’s in the gym martial arts maybe you’re doing a marathon whatever you want those type of challenges to push you but in everyday life you want to be living as uh low stress as possible you know um easygoing with in your mental state I mean you want to stay
