Hello, I’m Denise Bennett and I’m here on behalf of Expert Village. I want to use jicama. I’ve learned too, that you want to have them slice that open in the store. I’ve gone home and had too many of them look fine on the outside and you get home and they’re brown

On the inside. Make sure they’re not. This is the color that they should be, which is very white. If you’ve ever had a jicama and it’s brown on the inside, you can toss the whole thing. That’s not edible. And so we’re going to resume here. That works so nicely.
