soak chana (black cheakpea) – 1cup
garlic cloves – 5- 6
green chili – 4
salt to taste
water as required
turmeric powder – 1/4tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/2tsp
chili flex – 1tsp
a pinch of hing (asafoetida)
coriander leaves
sugar – 1tsp
ghee for spreading
