WEIGHT LOSS MEAL PREP I easy healthy meals for busy people



Today i’m going to show you my weight loss meal prep for the week!
All of these are easy healthy meals and perfect for busy people. I don’t like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen but i still want to make sure i’m eating healthy and meet my weight loss goals throughout the week. That’s why i LOVE to meal prep. Life can get very busy so i love having all my meals prepped and ready to eat in the fridge. I don’t have to rely on if i want to cook, have time to cook or if i’m too tired. Also you don’t make the best decision when you’re super hungry and want to eat something.

recipes

*Breakfast*
Overnight yogurt strawberry oats (357 calories: 34g protein, 40g carbs, 7g fat)

20g oats
200g quark (or greek yogurt)
100g strawberries (estimated i never weigh them)
10g peanut butter
15g agave syrup (or honey, maple etc)

*Lunch*
Minced beef rice bowl (460 calories: 30g protein, 58g carbs, 12g fat)

125g lean minced beef (raw)
120g jasmine rice (cooked)
1 tbsp or 15g light mayo
25g pomegranate seeds
100g cucumber (didn’t weight it so i really don’t know lol)
100g red beets (also didn’t weight it)

*Dinner*
BBQ pineapple chicken pizza (468 calories: 34g protein, 65 carbs, 10g fat)

1 tortilla wrap (about 180 calories)
2 tbsp bbq sauce
25g shredded mozzarella
75 g chicken breast (raw)
100g pineapple
Red onions
Baby spinach or arugula
