*realistic* what i eat in a week ft. healthy and happy recipes



Hi, I’m Tiffy 🙂

Welcome back to another episode of What I Eat In a Week! As someone who has been posting food content for the past 4 years, my life basically surrounds around food. Creating recipes, trying new food, and sharing food with others is what makes me happy and what lead me to my dream career.

I always have people asking me … how do I deal with negative comments, especially towards body images. And with that, I say, as someone who suffered from body image my whole life, I learned that being happy and healthy is all that matters.

So in this vlog, I want to share a realistic what I eat in a week in as someone who is happy, healthy, and have a normal body, featuring easy recipes that are healthy but also dishes that make me happy and satisfy my cravings. Because life is all about balance 🙂

We started off the week with my favorite Chili Oil Egg Rice Bowl. I also made air-fried sweet potatoes with miso butter, which was SO GOOD. For dinner, I restocked my grained rice and paired it with Air Fried Salmon and kale salad. The next day, I was feeling nostalgic, so I made my dad’s go-to tomato egg noodle soup which is like a warm hug in a bowl. We had a long day of filming recipes and going boxing, so I ended the night with something sweet, a delicious bowl of apple crumble. On friday my sister came over to prep for book club day! We had fish cake soup and kimbap for brunch, and I made her favourite pasta salad to bring to book club.

It took me YEARS to be happy and confident with the way I look, and even now, I still have days where comments can get to me …

But the most important thing is to be happy and HEALTHY. I promise when you stop doubting yourself, give yourself tons of love, good things will come your way.
