hello good morning it is 6:54 a.m. right
now I just pulled up to my Pilates clock
I have a pilates class at 700 a.m. and
I’m just sipping on some water with a
splash of lemonade I don’t know it just
really helps me drink more water
typically I’d like to have something in
my stomach before I work out like I
don’t like to work out on an empty
stomach but it’s 6:55 a.m. it’s pretty
early and I just woke up with really no
appetite and I don’t want to feel overly
stuffed from my workout like that is
just the worst feeling to me trying to
out and feeling overly full like I hate
that so I’m just going to wait until
breakfast today I am doing a what I eat
in a day video I do a lot of these on
Instagram reals but I want to go more in
depth and show how I eat high protein on
a plant-based diet so yeah I am really
excited for today also I’m just getting
back into YouTube so bear with me if I
like have like nervous energy in front
of the camera I will get used to it
pretty soon going to go into Pilates now
and I will talk to to you when I make
breakfast all right bye-bye I just got
out of Pilates and I was really
struggling I totally forgot that the
instructor that I booked the class with
I don’t really resonate with her flow I
don’t know it just feels more like lree
it’s very fast and I like more relaxing
slow
stretchy I don’t know I’m not a hit
workout person not that that was a hit
workout but it felt like it it was
really fast it probably looked like to
the other people that were in the class
that that was my first pilates class
I’ve ever taken in my entire life I was
crashing the carriage I was it was just
it was a disaster I didn’t have the best
workout it’s fine I’m going to go home
and make a really good breakfast and
move on with my day I’m back home from
Pilates it looks like I’m not wearing a
shirt but here’s my shirt anyways I just
showered and I’m hungry for breakfast
now it is 8:46 a.m. and I’m going to be
making of my favorite breakfasts if
you’ve been following me for a while you
know that I am obsessed with yogurt
bowls I love eating yogurt bowls it’s
like my favorite breakfast item I’ve
been eating them for years now just
makes me feel really good I also like to
start my day with a lot of protein and
my yogurt bowls are pretty high in
protein I am dairyfree though so I’m not
having any Greek yogurt so I’ll show you
my little life hack to adding more plant
protein into my dairyfree yogurt but
yeah let’s make some breakfast I am so
hungry please ignore the state of my
fridge right now I got grocery delivery
yesterday and I just had a really busy
day so I just like stuffed everything in
but the yogurt I’m going to be eating
today is harmless Harvest this is one of
my favorite yogurts I get the
unsweetened plain kind because the
flavored ones have like 11 g of sugar
per serving but as you can see there’s
zero added sugars and pretty simple
ingredients here so this is the yogurt
I’m going to be having
today so I just made an entire Instagram
reel about this so you may have seen
that already but the way I add in more
protein into my dairyfree yogurt because
this yogurt has 1 gram of protein per
serving which is like nothing I need
more in the mornings and typically if I
was like eating dairy I mean typically
people have like Greek yogurt which is
really high in protein but I don’t have
any dairy in my diet so I’m adding in a
scoop of my favorite protein powder
which is truvani vanilla protein powder
I just put it into this other container
and this is going to add in 20 G of
plant protein into my meal today so I’m
just going to do a scoop here and it
turns into like almost like this
frosting fluffy whip consistency I love
the consistency that it turns into but
you really have to mix it
well it takes like a
minute I don’t know if you can see that
but it just becomes nice and thick and
fluffy and I love the taste of the chani
vanilla protein powder just gives it
like the best flavor ever
M so good so this is the fun part
toppings time I switch it up every
morning depending on what I’m feeling
but this is kind of like typical I just
tried this purely Elizabeth cookie
granola the other day and I am obsessed
with it it tastes like a chocolate chip
cookie it only has 6 g of sugar it’s
baked in coconut oil it tastes I swear
it tastes like a chocolate chip cookie
it’s amazing I want to try the other
flavors I think they have like a brownie
cookie and then also oatmeal raisin
cookie so I need to get those next time
I’m at Whole Foods so I’m going to do a
Sprinkle of that and then I love caca
nibs strawberries blackberries drizzle
of honey I’ll do some bee pollen and
then also cut up this banana so these
are the toppings I’m feeling today she
is gorgeous I’m not done yet I’m going
to make a niced matcho latte but this is
the yogurt Bowl it just makes me so
happy when things are aesthetically
pleasing I love making pretty food I
don’t know that’s one of my hobbies so
pretty so typically I would use my own
homemade almond milk for my Macha latte
but I’m out of my milk this week I
haven’t had the time to make it so I’m
using one of my favorite non-dairy milk
Brands which is MLK I’m just using the
organic almond milk I love that this
only has a few ingredients so it’s only
organic almonds filtered water pure
vanilla extract and then pink Himalayan
sea salt so I do about 3/4 of a cup here
and then I’m warming up some water for
the matcha I like my matcha sweetened so
I’m just going to be using some local
raw honey to sweeten I do about half a
tablespoon that’s the sweetness level
that I like and this is my little trick
to dissolve the honey I’m just going to
put in a touch of warm
water pour it into the almond milk now
what I love about this almond milk from
Mal is it froths really nicely my
homemade almond milk doesn’t froth the
same like let me show
you look how frothy that’s getting I’ve
never found another non-dairy milk brand
that froths the same that doesn’t have
any gums in it a lot of Brands will
froth nicely like this but they have
gums or emulsifiers in them so that’s
why they froth and I try to avoid those
because they hurt my stomach sometimes
look how nice that is oh I forgot about
this step I like to put some warm water
into a glass like
this and
then I’ll put my bamboo Macho whisk in
it and just let it sit for a few minutes
so that the bristles get soft and so
it’s easier to whisk the matcha this is
the brand of matcha I’m going to be
using today it’s ceremonial grade I buy
it from Amazon there’s a few different
brands that I like I have a whole
section on my Amazon storefront of
matcha brands that I’ve tried that I
really like but I always buy a
ceremonial grade so I have this
special measuring spoon that measures
out 1 G of matcha which is half a
teaspoon and I’m just going to sift it
to get out any
clumps so that my matcha is nice and
smooth now pouring over some warm water
not boiling and whisk it
up I don’t know if you can see how green
that is but that’s what tells me it’s a
good quality
matcha and I’m making an iced Macha
latte today so going to put in a handful
of
ice I think I may have frothed the milk
a little too much because this is going
to
overflow I have to lick the froth off so
it doesn’t overflow here this is the
most satisfying
part just look how beautiful that
is I swear making an iced machil latte
is so
relaxing that’s it’s one of the reasons
I love it so much it’s just one of my
morning rituals that I

do beautiful so here is my finished
breakfast I can’t wait to sit down and
enjoy this it looks so good we have my
beautiful yogurt Bowl iced machal latte
and then I’m also having two Brazil nuts
for my daily dose of selenium but guys
I’ve been eating yogurt bowls for years
I swear I always talk about this but
it’s just the perfect balance of Protein
healthy fats fiber antioxidants it makes
me feel so good and energized for the
morning and then my matcha has a little
boost of caffeine from the matcha also
antioxidants and then my little selenium
so I’m going to sit down and enjoy this
I’m not exactly sure what the total
protein count is for this meal I want to
say around 25 grams in This Yogurt bowl
and around two in there I’ll do the
calculations later in the day but I’m
going to sit down now and have my
breakfast so I don’t remember if I did
an introduction to this video this
morning but if I have not welcome to my
what I eat in a day video I do a lot of
these on Instagram reals but Instagram
reals are like 20 seconds long so I
can’t really go into depth of like what
I’m eating and why I’m eating it so I
wanted to make a more in-depth video
kind of explaining everything everyday
is going to look a little bit different
for me but this is like a typical day
for me because I listen to my Hunger
signals and I eat pretty intuitively I
do have
structure and I’m mindful of protein
intake but I’m really listening to my
Hunger signals eating when I’m hungry
stopping when I’m full and that makes
every day look different because hunger
changes every day based upon so many
different factors like sleep hormones
activity level what I’m doing all those
kind of things but this is a pretty
typical day for me so I want to give a
quick background on my diet if you don’t
know me already I eat plant-based and I
have actually my entire life so I was
raised vegetarian and so I’ve never
actually I’ve had meat a few times in my
life I didn’t love it
so eating this way is just second nature
to me about a year ago I was eating eggs
and I was eating dairy I have since cut
those out of my diet for about a year
because I realized that they were acne
triggers for me and I will do anything
to have clear skin so not having eggs
and not having Dairy also eggs gave me
the ick so I still am icked out by eggs
and I don’t I never really had a lot of
dairy so that is a background on my diet
I do eat honey and I do eat bee pollen
so I’m not 100% vegan that’s why I call
myself plant-based I also own some
leather goods and so I cannot call
myself vegan I also try to eat minimally
processed I try to avoid seed oils those
are an acne trigger for me also just
unnecessary additives I don’t love I
don’t love natural flavors there’s a few
ingredients that I just I try to limit
because they don’t make me feel my best
and I’m all about feeling my absolute
best also I feel like I am rambling on
forever but in this video I want to show
how I eat at least 100 gram of
plant-based protein a day I was
searching on YouTube and I really
couldn’t find that many videos of people
showing what they eat in a day high
protein on a plant-based diet now I am
trying to to build muscle in the gym I’m
doing resistance training starting to
get into lifting weights a little bit
but I’m getting more into the gym and I
really want to tone up I want to build
lean muscles so to support that I am
increasing my protein intake and being a
really intentional with incorporating
higher protein foods into my day and
centering my meals around protein and
also just looking for little ways that I
can just bump up the protein in intake
so today I’m going to be showing you how
I eat at least 100 G of plant-based
protein a day now this breakfast with
the iced matcho latte and the Brazil
nuts I think is around 27 gr of protein
I got to do the calculations but
starting the day off strong hello it is
a little while later it’s
11:42 a.m. right now I’ve just been
working on getting an Instagram reel up
but I posted it and I’m getting a little
bit hungry I love snacking quite
honestly I don’t think there’s anything
wrong with intentional snacking when
you’re hungry I prefer to like structure
my days of I eat smaller meals I
supplement with snacks but I eat smaller
meals but like more frequently if that
makes any sense that’s just kind of how
my Hunger signals have been trained and
that’s how I like to eat personally what
makes me feel my best and also just like
helps me feel not as bloated if I have
big meals I feel really bloated so I
like to
snack and I’m hungry so I’m going to
have one of my favorite plant-based
protein bars which is raw rev the double
chocolate brownie batter flavor is my
absolute favorite flavor I’ve been
eating these for years and then a few
years ago they reformulated and I didn’t
like the formula that they changed to
but they reformulated again and now it
tastes like the OG formula so I love
this protein bar very simple ingredients
no sugar alcohols which I appreciate
because sugar alcohols definitely make
me feel bloated I try to avoid them when
I can but sometimes I’ll have them it
has 10 G of plant-based protein in here
and only 2 G of added sugar so I’m going
to snack on this and then pretty soon
I’ll make lunch too because I don’t
think this is going to tie me over for
too long this is what the protein bar
looks like this flavor is my favorite
flavor and you can see like the
chocolate chips are melting oh it’s so
good it tastes like a brownie you have
to try these I have to leave soon to
pick my mom up from the airport so I
don’t have too much time for lunch so
I’m just making this bonsa plant-based
mac and cheese it’s made with chickies
it’s also gluten-free 12 G of
plant-based protein per serving I think
I’m going to have like half the package
so so I got to do the protein
calculation on here but it’s dairyfree
glutenfree it has I mean it is a
processed food so it has natural flavors
vegan natural flavors and then also a
touch of sunflower oil which I don’t
love but what are you going to do with
boxed mac and cheese and this is one of
the better vegan Mac and cheeses I’ve
tried it actually tastes so good and
really high in protein so I’m just going
to whip this up real quick again I don’t
have much time so this is what I’m going
to have for lunch and then I’ll show you
what I put together with
it to add more protein I’m putting in
some frozen
peas and then I’m just going to turn on
the stove so that they
defrost but I love peas they just add
some nice texture to the mac and cheese
just look how creamy this mac and cheese
is this is my favorite vegan mac and
cheese and I love that it’s high in
protein I’m just warming up the peas in
here this is my quick lunch today again
I did not have much time but this is so
delicious I have around half of the
package of bons mac and cheese and then
I put in some peas for some extra
protein and then it just gives it a nice
bite so here is my lunch I estimate this
is around 17 G of plant-based protein
I’m going to do all the calculations
later but high in protein super yummy
comfort food it is 1:8 right now and I
have to run to the airport to pick up my
mom she’s flying in so I’m going to sit
down enjoy this and then I’ll talk to
you when I have a snack so I just
finished a workout I did an ab workout
and also a little bit of cardio and I’m
pretty hungry so I’m going to go home
and make a smoothie now so I’m back from
the gym now and I’m going to be making a
post-workout protein smoothie I always
like to start with frozen banana it just
gives it the best texture so I’m putting
in one frozen banana and then I’m doing
one scoop of vegan protein powder this
is vanilla flavored one scoop has 20 g
of protein and then putting in about 1
tbspoon of almond butter this is going
to be a super simple protein smoothie
I’m not really putting any fruit in it
other than the banana I want something
on the sweeter side I’m not craving a
fruity Vibe right now the last thing I’m
adding is almond milk to
blend it’s 5:00 now and I’m starting to
get hungry so I think I’m just going to
have an earlier dinner
I thought it would be fun to make veggie
burgers tonight so I picked up these
actual veggie veggie burger patties I
really like how simple the ingredients
are and they’re so tasty I also got
their sweet potato fries so I’m going to
bake this up and then I got these buns
from sprouts and they’re actually made
in Barcelona but look how fluffy these
look they look so good and then I got
other like ingredients
to like dress up the burgers so I’m
going to be having a veggie burger night
I thought this would be super fun it is
a Saturday night so why not do something
fun like this for dinner dinner is
served I feel like it turned out pretty
good I ate about half the fries already
because they’re so tasty they are sweet
potato fries and they’re fried in
avocado oil which I appreciate so many
fries will be fried in canola oil or
other seed oils and I try to avoid seed
oils when I can because I just find that
they personally break out my skin so I
appreciate that these are fried in
avocado oil and my burger I am so proud
of this first of all this bun looks
amazing and then I have the veggie
burger patty of course pickles tomato
mustard and then ketchup and
lettuce looks so good so I’m going to
sit down and and enjoy this
now so good I’m in my robe now I just
did my skincare routine and I’m winding
down for the night it is 7:30 now and
I’m starting to get a little bit hungry
so I’m craving something sweet I am
going to be having some cereal I don’t
know if this is weird but I have never
been somebody who eats cereal for
breakfast I always love it late at night
like I don’t know a little after dinner
sweet so that’s what I’m going to be
doing and I’m going to be having one of
my favorite cereals I’ll show you okay
never mind there’s really nothing to
show here because I threw out the
packaging but this is three wishes
cereal and one serving of it has 8 g of
protein so I’m going to have this and
also some almond milk instead of almond
milk I’m going to be doing this
unsweetened coconut milk that I got from
Whole Foods a few days ago I really love
how simple the ingredients are a lot of
coconut milks are so watered down and
just have a bunch of gums and
emulsifiers so I really like this brand
I recently discovered it okay here is my
cereal I’m excited to try the three
wishes cereal with coconut milk I’ve
never tried I usually like never eat my
cereal with coconut milk I am very loyal
to almond milk so I’m excited to try
this out I also sliced up some
strawberries put that in here I think
this is going to be the last thing I eat
tonight it is 7:30 and I’ll be going to
bed in a few hours I don’t like to eat
too close to when I actually want to go
to bed because that definitely delays me
falling asleep but this looks so good

protein I had 107 G of plant-based
protein today it defin requires being
very intentional with incorporating high
protein dense foods but it is definitely
