This is a super easy, super quick meal that you and the kids can enjoy! You can put whatever you fancy on your pizza (as long as it’s healthy!) and enjoy your meal from start to finish in 20 minutes, fast and yummy!
You’ll need:
Brown Pita bread (small ones if you can)
Salsa
Onions
Grated light cheddar
Pepper
Pre-cooked Chicken
Chop all of your ingredients up into small pieces (or rip the chicken up like I did!)
Press down your pita to try and eliminate the air pocket.
Spread a think layer of salsa onto your pita, making sure not to have it too close to the edge.
Arrange all of your toppings on your pizza and sprinkle with a little cheese.
Place on a baking tray and pop it into a pre-heated oven (180c) and cook for 10 -15 minutes, make sure you keep checking on it!
