putting three recipes and these are all
weight loss recipes because they have
these recipes are low in calorie so I’ll
be sharing complete nutritional info for
each of this recipe so these three
recipes are uh mango chia pudding
strawberry chia pudding and apple chia
pudding these are all um very easy to
follow recipes and obviously no
cooking so first recipe is mango chia
seeds pudding but before starting the
recipe you need half cup of chia seeds
soaked in milk and you have to soak it
overnight okay let’s start the mango
cheia seeds pudding for weight loss
ingredients and nutritional info is 150
ml lowfat milk it has 65 calories 1.5
tbsp chia seeds it has 70 calories two
soaked almond 14 calories 1 tpoon honey
21 calories 100 G mango 62 calories so
total calories in this cup is
232 calories it has protein 9 G fats 8.6
G fiber 7.5 G so let’s start the second
recipe strawberry chia seeds pudding and
uh you will need 150 ml low fat milk 1.5
tbsp chia seeds two soaked almonds 1
taspo honey 100 G
strawberry and I have shared all the
calories like it has 202 calories it has
protein 9 G fats 8 G 5 by 7.5 G and
carbs 30 G so it’s really healthy and
nutritional and you will lose weight as
well after eating this yummy and
nutritious
breakfast or
lunch so do try these recipes let’s
start the third recipe Apple chia seeds
pudding these are all lowbudget recipes
you don’t you won’t need expensive
ingredients at all okay for this recipe
you will need 150 ml low fat milk 1.5 TP
chia seeds two soaked almonds 1 teaspoon
honey 100 G apple and total carties
222 protein 8 G fat 7.1 G fiber 8.1 G
and carbs 25 G so as you can see all of
these recipes they are full of um
healthy ingredients but they are low in
calorie and you will feel really full
after eating this uh yummy breakfast
