A simple pineapple cake is a delight to bake and eat! This is a healthy twist on a simple cake which makes it even more delicious! Baked by Shweta Prasad Tandon, a healthy Homebaker.

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Oil
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 Cup Jaggery
1 Cup Curd
1.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp pineapple essence
2-3 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp Salt
METHOD:
1. Seive the flour, baking powder and salt at least 3-4 times.
2. Mix the curd, jaggery, baking soda and set aside for 4-5 minutes till small bubbles start appearing on the mixture.
3. Add Oil, Milk, Vanilla Essence to this and mix well.
4. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Mix well to get a consistent batter.
5. Arrange the pineapples on the baking tray as shown in the video.
6. Pour the batter on top and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
