as you know I maintain the best way to
lose weight is to maintain a calorie
deficit through what you eat now that
can sometimes get a bit boring which is

Bosch basically a meal that you’re going
to enjoy it’s going to feel like a
takeaway you could even try it as a bit
of a date night treat it’s good food
it’s only 628 calories boom and it’s
ready and to be honest I’m quite pleased
with it now that’s 628 calories and only
50 g of protein dare I say it myself it
actually looks quite nice
