good morning you guys welcome back to
another Vlog I decided to Vlog really
last minute I haven’t picked up the
camera and vlogged in a couple days but
I’m actually just getting ready to go to
a spin class so I thought it’d be fun to
take you along with me my spin class is
at 7:00 a.m. so I’m not in as much of a
rush as I usually am which is kind of
nice and it’s nice to have just a little
bit of a slower morning I find when I
book a 6 a.m. workout it’s definitely
nice to get out of the way early but
definitely feel tired in the morning and
it’s just more of a rush cuz I don’t
give myself as much time before I have
to leave the house I also got this new
sports bra from aritzia and I have been
loving their butter line it is just so
comfy and they have really cute colors
so I’m wearing this today I also have
the matching shorts but I’m not wearing
the shorts to spin I decided anyways I’m
excited to take you through another
productive day in my life and let’s head
to spin and I haven’t made the bed
because Piper likes to sleep on it in
the morning so I’ll do that after and I
also have a lot of laundry to put away
so we’re just going to pretend this mess
is not here and I’ll put it away after
spin I just love having the sun shine
through the apartment in the morning
it’s supposed to be super nice this
whole week literally summer weather so
I’m super excited about it

just got back from spin I am soaking wet
I always get so sweaty in spin and I
definitely need to have like a full-on
shower right now because I get so sweaty
in spin classes it’s so good but you get
so sweaty it’s crazy um but I forgot how
sore I was from yesterday I thought it
was a good idea to do pretty much
backtack work s like I did a 6:00 a.m.
workout which was a lower body focus
workout and then at 9:30 I told my
friend I would meet her for a workout at
another studio and it was also a
strength workout but it was a lot of
lower body as well I don’t usually do to
workouts in one day that was definitely
out of the norm for me but I wanted to
work out with my friend so I thought I
would challenge myself and do it and we
got it done I’m definitely going to have
a full shower and Probably wash my hair
and I still need to take pip out because
she had just a quick outing this morning
like I haven’t taken her on a proper
walk and she deserves to go on a walk
this morning before we get the day
started and it’s so nice out so I
actually do want to get some steps in
this morning and just be outside because
it’s so nice out so I’ll probably put my
headphones in listen to a podcast and go
on a hot girl walk I need another coffee
really bad I think I’m going to make it
at home because I just bought a bunch of
milks for my coffee I actually might
make a nice coffee since it’s like a
nice sunny day today and I’ve already
had my hot coffee this morning before my
sping class so we might be moving on to
the iced coffee this morning let’s get
this day
started and making a yogurt Bowl because
it’s quick and easy I’m adding some
fruit I’m going to do blueberries and
some fresh
raspberries I’m going to add some peanut
butter and then I’m also going to top it
with some hemp hearts and some
honey here is my breakfast nothing new
here just a classic simple yogurt Bowl
but it looks so good I’m just going to
eat this and then go on a
walk I decided to go with the Barista
soy milk today so hopefully it tastes
good and I’m making an ice coffee today
so I’m going to hold it down so that it
frosts cold I’m going to add a little
bit of stevia for extra sweetness

it okay yeah that is so good caffeinated
I’m going to do the dishes wipe the
counters I’m listening to a YouTube
video and then we’re going to go on a
walk and get our steps in

okay we just walked in the door we ended
up going on a 45 minute walk it was so
nice outside and it was just nice to get
the legs moved Ming since I have sore
legs and go out for a little walk and we
just got back in a package arrived from
aritzia so I thought I would unbox it
with you guys and show you what I got
actually a bunch of dresses because I
have two events to go to this weekend
one is a bridal shower and one is a
garden party so hopefully I like them
because we are running out of time I’m
obsessed with these colors there’s like
a green a grayish color and then this
like brownie color I’m only going to
show you them I’m not going to do a try-
on haul right now because I literally
still haven’t showered which is so gross
but just being realistic I have not
showered yet but I’m planning to shower
after this okay move the camera so that
you can get the full picture but this is
the first option and it’s got this open
back detailing you won’t really know
until I try them on but this is the
second dress it’s a polka dot like a
sage green this is the next one there’s
also a short version of this one and it
looks super cute on everyone that I’ve
seen wear it so hopefully I like it as
and then this is the last dress I am
obsessed with this color and I really
like the detail on the top how it’s like
roosted up here and then they tie kind
of on your shoulders and I feel like
this one will be really cute those are
all the dresses I really want to do a
try on haul but I feel like I need to
shower first anyways I’m going to go
shower let me know if you like seeing
the clothing hauls because I can
definitely do more of them I like
showing you guys what I get and I love
seeing what other people get just for
getting inspo and cute new pieces for
each new season but
yeah I’m going to go shower okay I’m all
showered I washed my hair and everything
and I just feel a million times better
now and it’s lunchtime and I’m hungry so
we’re going to make some lunch I
couldn’t decide if I wanted eggs because
I’ve been loving my avocado egg on toast
or a salad but I really need to use up
some of the greens I have I feel like I
have so many greens a chicken salad and
use as much as I can that we have in the
fridge already prepped
I have some chicken and sweet potatoes
already prepped and ready to go I just
warmed it up a little bit and I’m going
to add this to the salad I’m also going
to add a little bit of
rice and I’m going to use this avocado
as well and then that’s it I’m just
going to add a little bit of my homemade
apple cider vinegar dressing and then I
might add a little bit of this yesi one
as well I have some ripe bananas that I
want to use and I feel like making a
banana bread because I haven’t made
banana bread in a little bit so I’ve got
this recipe that I’ve made before it’s
from ambitious kitchen I’ll link it for
you guys so you can make it but I’ve
made it before and I really like it the
only thing that I change is that I like
to add either coconut sugar or maple
syrup for just a little bit of extra
sweetness cuz otherwise it’s just the
bananas which I’ve made it with just the
bananas before and it’s still good but
sometimes I like it a little bit sweeter
so let’s make some banana bread

I’m just going to chop up this hu
chocolate bar to add in as the chocolate
chips okay I just took the banana bread
out of the oven and it actually looks
really good I was worried that the
batter was too thick but it looks like
it turned out perfectly so I’ll let you
know the review on this one I’ve had it
before but you never know how it’s going
to turn out so hopefully it’s a good one
we’re actually having cam sister over
for dinner tonight and I think we’re
going to make homemade burgers and just
catch up cuz we haven’t seen each other
in a while and she always has lots of
updates for us so I’m excited to see her
tonight and then we’ll probably have
either banana bread for dessert or ninja
creamy or something like that we’re also
probably going to go another walk get
some more steps in because we’ve really
been on our daily step grind just
because we notice such a difference when
we go on daily walks and stay consistent
with getting our steps in we definitely
try to aim to get 10 to 12,000 steps you
just have to prioritize it and
eventually it’ll just become a habit and
you’ll actually crave going on walks
like I love going on walks and I
incorporate them every single day I’m
also thinking of making this a couple
days in my life Vlog otherwise it’ll be
a really short Vlog so I’ll take you
through my morning routine tomorrow I’m
definitely going to get a morning
workout in and then I think I’m going to
meet a friend and we’re going to work
from a coffee shop which will be nice to
switch up the routine I definitely like
getting out of the house I notice a big
difference in my productivity and I just
get distracted when I’m home anyways I
just wanted to update you on my plans
for the rest of the day and update you
on my plan for the Vlog we also might go
on an afternoon run because we told
ourselves Cam and I told ourselves
that we are going to enter our running
era since the weather is getting warmer
and it’s supposed to be a really sunny
week so I’ll let you know if we go on a
run this is our accountability we are
going on a run and then I’ll also show
you our dinner that we end up

on a long walk it was really windy and
actually not that nice out so we decided
against the run but we did go on an
hourong walk and we got our 12,000 steps
in for the day and then we stopped at

lettuce so that we can do lettuce
wrapped burgers

the next day and it’s 6:30 6:45 right
now and I just made myself a coffee I
made a cashew milk latte and I decided
to not go to my 6 a.m. workout this
morning just because I can tell my body
is feeling sore like super sore so I’m
going to do Pilates this morning just so
I can give my body a break from the
weights and do some lower impact
movements but still get a workout in
because I have been loving doing my
daily morning workouts but I just think
it’s really important to try and listen
to your body and not push yourself too
hard where you’re just too sore and not
giving yourself rest days rest days are
obviously important if you want to see
progress but anyways I’m obsessed with
the sun coming in I feel like it’s going
to be a beautiful day yesterday was like
a false alarm nice day I thought it was
going to be really nice cuz it was sunny
in the morning but it ended up being
pretty cold and windy but today is
actually going to be nice so I’m excited
to get outside and I’m also going to
work from a coffee shop this morning so
I’ll take you along with me for that I’m
going to meet a friend there and we’re
going to work from a coffee shop for the
morning but I’m just going to have my
coffee and then get ready for the day

okay we went on our morning walk I’m
just wearing this new set I got from
aritzia it’s their TNA butter line and I
am obsessed with it I feel like it’s
going to be a really good set for the
summer now I’m going to go down to the
gym in our apartment and just do a
little pilates workout

let’s got back from the gym and I’m
going to have my overnight oats for
breakfast I I just added a little bit of
banana and I’m just going to eat it
right out of the jar and then I’m going
to fill up my water bottle I’m going to
just wear the same outfit I just put on
a black tank top to go work at the
coffee shop just because it’s pretty
warm out and I don’t feel like changing
but I’m just going to have my breakfast
fill up my water bottle pack my bag and
then head out the door also I wanted to
mention that I have really been loving
this Pilates that I’ve been doing it’s
an online platform called the peach club
and I’m someone who prefers strength
training and lifting weights that’s just
what I’ve always done but I’ve slowly
been incorporating more Pilates and I’ve
tried out a bunch of platforms and this
one is by far my favorite I actually
want to do the workouts and it’s such a
good burn and I just really like them
anyways I just wanted to share that with
you because I have really really been
loving these Pilates classes and I feel
like you’ll love it too so let me know
if you try it out

just got home from the coffee shop I got
a little bit of work done I got a really
yummy vanilla oat milk latte and I just
got home Piper needs to be picked up
from the groomers but it’s lunchtime and
I’m kind of hungry so I’m going to make
myself a quick smoothie before I head
out the door so let’s make a smoothie
together you frozen banana frozen
blueberries I just added a little bit of
water because I don’t have any milk to
put in here I’m going to do one scoop of
my favorite chocolate protein
powder blend that up it’s also really
nice out so I’m going to walk to the
groomers and pick her up cuz it’s close
by which is really nice okay it’s all
done nothing fancy here but I just
needed a quick snack because I’m hungry
and I got to run out the
door anyways I’m just going to chug this
back and then we have to go pick up
Piper are you happy to be home okay
let’s go home SI please let’s see your
haircut oh you looks so good let’s see
okay we’re back from the groomers and
I’m filming on my phone right now
because I need to figure out my camera
situation because I have zero minutes of
filming footage storage whatever you
want to call it so I’m going to film on
my phone because I want to show you the
packages that I got in the mail a little
bit of a PR unboxing two very different
types of PR packages the first one is
some makeup from IT Cosmetics which is
so exciting because I don’t get that
many beauty products so this is very
very exciting I actually already use the
IT Cosmetics um SPF and I love it so I’m
excited to try this one out came with a
brush which I’ve actually been needing
new brushes so we love that and this is
their moisturizer which I’m also excited
to try and then if you follow me over on
my Instagram or Tik Tok you know that
this next package something just fell
into the sink and you’ll know that this
is very on brand for me because I’m
definitely a bit of a foodie and I just
post lots of healthy recipes and recipe
inspo and ideas over on my Instagram and
Tik toks they sent me a bunch of their
energy balls and I just love energy
balls for like an on thee-o snack I love
them so much if they’re ever at like a
cafe or whatever then I always gravitate
towards energy balls versus like a
croissant or a muffin I don’t know that
might be weird but I love my energy
balls they also sent this nourish blend
it’s like a superfood mix that it says
you can add to like your smoothies which
I think would be really good and last
part of this package is this chocolate
hazelnut butter which also sounds
incredible I will be having this on some
toast for sure anyways there’s a little
haul for you guys hope you enjoyed it
and like seeing my little PR hauls they
don’t happen very often so I thought it
would be fun to show you guys what I got
in the
mail forget where I last left off but we
just got home we went and played pickle
ball and I wanted to bring you along and
film it but I completely forgot I left
my camera at home and I just I was in
the pickle mindset that I just forgot to
film it even with my phone but it’s kind
of late now it is 8 p.m. and we didn’t
feel like cooking dinner coming home at
8:00 p.m. so we picked up some salad
bowls on our way home I’ve definitely
had these salads in my Vlogs before
they’re are favorite healthyish schwarma
salads I got the chicken schwarma salad
and I’m about to have a grape zeia I
deleted a bunch of footage on my camera
so I can Vlog on my camera again because
I think I was vlogging on my phone for a
little bit earlier today but we’re back
in business I feel like pickle ball is
going to be a fun little summer activity
just to do in the evenings or with
friends on the weekends and yeah just a
fun little activity to do I want to show
you what my salad looks like because I’m
so excited to eat it chicken schwarma
salad it’s got hummus some beets I think
and veggies chicken some good sauce some
hot sauce greens and tomatoes and and it
is so good you guys I want to try and
recreate this at home because it is just
the best flavor combo anyways I think

some more productive mornings this
weekend I actually have a birthday party
to attend and it’s a garden themed party
which I think will be really fun and
