here’s what I eat in a day as a model to
look like this with about 2,000 calories
and 130 g of protein I started my day
with these Peach toasts so on two slices
of carrot bread I put light cream cheese
and then my peach slices and then I
topped it off with some chia seeds and
fiber syrup and that was just so good
then for lunch I made Savory oatmeal
which might sound kind of weird but who
decided that oatmeal has to be sweet for
the toppings I fried one egg and also
some spinach and for some healthy fats I
sliced up an avocado and if you’ve never
tried Savory oatmeal then this is your
sign in the afternoon I was craving
something sweet so I made protein ice
cream which is just perfect because it
has a lot of volume for very little
calories and then for dinner I made
salmon with asparagus and potatoes for
my girlfriend and me which was also
super yummy and that was all for that
