I was waiting for this video for so long
we are cooking together I’m filming what
I eat din a day but the challenge today
is that we’re going to be making
everything from scratch the last weeks I
couldn’t film it because I was traveling
I couldn’t be in my kitchen and just
film a lot of recipe content and recipes
but I was waiting for so long for this
moment so let’s buy groceries and then
let’s make breakfast I’m excited for
this video
I bought yogurt and I don’t know if it’s
allowed to buy yogurt or if I also have
to make the yogurt myself I think for
today it’s
okay I didn’t get all the groceries that
I need I just got some vegetables that I
need for lunch and dinner and then I Got
This Yogurt I bought two options I
bought a plant-based one a vegan one I
want to try it with this if it works
with that I’m super happy but in case it
doesn’t work I also got a normal SK skew
it’s like Greek yogurt it’s really
really thick and I bought the lactose
free lactose fry not that I have any
kind of issues with lactose lactosa but
I always buy the free
option doesn’t make sense but in my head
it makes sense okay let’s go this should
actually be super easy this is just
normal white flower it’s all leftovers
that I had at home and that I really
want to use for something
okay and then this this is the baked
flour I also add
125 here so in total it’s
250 I think you can use almost any flour
and now the yogurt should I try the
plant-based option please work please
work please work but I think it it will
250 let’s mix it
in wow and now we have to mix it mix mix

intense we keep mixing I’m also adding a
little bit of baking powder so they

but the plant-based yogurt work that
makes me happy I think I need to add a

like I forgot the salt I definitely
forgot to Salt them but I add some salt
on top it’s going to be
fine adding my Bagels on the baking
paper we
need one egg yolk we don’t need the egg
white we just need the yellow part to
give them a little glaze and then they
turn out super golden I hope that is
true we need to mix this yellow thingy
so that it looks like that it’s just one
egg should be enough and now we use this
to give our Bagels a little tan t t TP
oh this is so
cute this is definitely not an everyday
breakfast I mean I’m already in the
kitchen for in total like an hour but I
mean you can prep them on Sundays and
then you have them in the fridge or you
freeze them and then you can always put
them out so
cute last but not least we add some
white sesame seeds and some black sesame
seeds and some salt they look so
beautiful I can’t cute cute cute I have
these salt flakes here I think they are
perfect and now we have to bake
them just a quick story for my insta
let’s put them in the oven for around 15
to 20 minutes I
think I have to be careful cuz it’s
freaking
hot I am so proud the bagels look
absolutely stunning I’m going to show
you one cuz this is hot
wow I just cut
them in half I hope I can cut them
they’re so hot
they’re a bit sticky inside so I think
if you want to have them more dry then
you have to put it in the oven again but
I leave it I’m adding some mashed
avocado and some salmon and one egg I’m
so excited I want to have two Bagels cuz
these are mini Bagels this is a lot of
salmon and now this is my first meal on
one of them oh my God I’m so scared to
mess it up I added one um egg I hope
it’s focusing whoa let’s do a taste
test
M how did I make
this I can imagine not every one of you
likes the bakid flour so you might just
use normal one I have also tried these
one day with oat flour it also worked
give it a try let me know in the
comments how you like them to me it’s
like a eight out of 10
mhm I feel like this video is just me
buying groceries cooking and eating this
is time consuming and then also cleaning
with every single recipe that I do I
also have to clean the kitchen this is
like a full-time
job

work from a cafe today I’m going to get
a coffee there yeah I just can’t focus
at
home hello I’m back with a lot of
flowers I’ve seen these flowers when I
walked back home and I was like I need
them cuz I love flowers and every single
time when I have fresh flowers at home
makes me feel so good so let’s give them
some water let’s put them somewhere
around the apartment oh what’s happening
with this one oops and then let’s make
lunch cuz I’m hungry again do you have
any tips for me that the flowers last a
little bit longer that’s something I
always struggle
with there must be some tips and tricks
but how beautiful is it so
beautiful put it on my desk
for lunch I want to have something sweet
I don’t know what’s wrong with me but
I’m craving ice cream so I’m using these
leftover bananas that I put in the
freezer months ago and we using those
for ice cream or nice cream a lot of
people call it nice cream I’m adding all
the frozen banana bits and then I’m also
adding frozen strawberries
and now we blend
it my hair is so annoying so I put it
back with the
sunnies every time I’m making recipes
like an ice cream or brownies or muffins
and I’m using protein powder then I
always get asked in the comments if I
can also make it without protein powder
and yes you can make all the recipes
without protein powder this is
definitely sweet enough and it already
tastes bump and amazing without using
protein powder but I always add a tiny
little bit adding a little bit of
protein keeps me more satisfied it keeps
me Fuller for longer that’s why I add
the protein powder in here now this is a
vanilla one vanilla protein a vegan one
you can also add a little bit of Greek
yogurt or any other yogurt just add a
little bit of protein to your nice
creams it will keep you full for longer
and yeah protein is essential for so
many different kind of things so this is
a little protein tip from
Anna so I just add one giant tablespoon
of protein powder and another
one now we blend it again I feel like I
need a little bit of liquid in this
smoothie nice cream bowl cuz I’m having
my issues here
H just a bit don’t add too much water
cuz then it’s it’s not the same

now is that I have this massive blender
and I would need so much more
stuff [ __ ] I would need so much more
bananas and strawberries in there but it
already looks bomb I think the water is
not even needed don’t put water in I
think you don’t need

it it’s still with some banana and
strawberry pieces but I like that I want
to have it exactly like

oh M this is so freaking good I think we
have to be really quick now cuz
otherwise it’s going to melt I don’t
know I think it’s better than ice cream
or same like as
good I will definitely make this more
often oh I want to get it all out here
everything I don’t want to lose a bite

M look at this I mean looks so bomb it
really is like ice cream it really
turned out like ice cream thick and just
so yummy very important you need a lot
of crunchy toppings on your ice cream
I’m adding some cacao nips it’s like
dark dark dark chocolate a little bit
bitter but it’s so yummy with a really
sweet meal or sweet
ice cream and then I’m adding some Goji
berries these are things that I always
have at home I always have cacao nips
and Goji berries at home and now I’m
also adding some kinoa
pops cuz I love these kinoa popups for
the
win now it doesn’t look good anymore but
it tastes
good and now I’m just eating it

I just have a desk and my walking pad
and the chair that’s it so I need some
more things how cute is this one
ordered I hope it looks cute it’s like
pink and baby blue shelves looking

have crazy dinner plans I’m so excited
to share those with you we making tahini
fries potato fries and then we make
chcken nuggets with corn flakes let’s do
it we’re starting with potatoes make
sure to wash them before because you
never know who touched it and probably a
lot of people touched it and then you
cut the potatoes
into
fries kind of like
this and then we do the exact same with
the
toini I haven’t done much today I just
worked a tiny bit and the rest of the
day I spend in the kitchen it’s not
something that I would do every single
day I enjoy it once in a while but I
don’t enjoy it every day it’s a little
bit too much I rather take rice cakes
and put some toppings on top and then
I’m done than making Bagels every single
morning uh-uh not for me but it’s all
about balance it’s all about a little
bit of this and a little bit of that
very important let’s add some olive oil
some garlic let’s also add some curry
spice then we have Curry fries we also
need some salt and then we mix it and
then we bake it oh looks so
good we just put it on a baking tray
with a baking sheet and then we bake it
for like 30 minutes 35 minutes 40
minutes we will see
let’s just line it up here Yum Yum Yum
and while this is getting ready we’re
making our chicken nuggets and we make
some ketchup I also want ketchup today

ketchup this is
exhausting I put it in the oven down
here then next we make the chicken
nuggets we need chicken breast and I cut
the chicken breast into small tiny
little pieces if you don’t like chicken
or you don’t want to eat meat that’s
totally fine this recipe might also work
with tofu I also don’t eat that much
meat like once in a month I would say I
try to buy like the good kind of meat
when I buy meat it’s a bit more
expensive but I know it’s organic and I
know the chicken had a good life to me
this is important when I buy chicken but
then I’m like okay to spend a little bit
more money and now it’s important that
we
I need I need to get the correct order I
think first it’s flour eggs Corn
Flakes let’s have a look first okay this
is the only thing that’s a bit tricky
today number one we have to take all the
chicken and season it um so I season it
with a little bit of garlic and salt
pepper and then here’s the thing you
need free bowls and in those [ __ ] I
don’t have enough space in those free
bowls you add flour in one of them then
we need eggs in the second one I’m going
with two eggs here they have to be like
mixed and then in the last one you
need Corn
Flakes what’s important for the Corn
Flakes is that you crush them so they
have to be super little how do I crush
them
now H if you have a plastic bag put them
in the plastic bag and then crush them I
just use an Alo foil now and I put all
the Corn Flakes on top and then I close
it I make sure nothing comes out and now
I just crush them I hope that works

work and now we have crushed Corn Flakes
there a few that we still have to
crush you can also put it in a blender
actually and blend it all right and now
we put them in the
bowl in the cornflake mix I’m also
adding a little bit of smoked Pepper and
a little bit more of this Curry thing
like you can use any spices onion powder
garlic powder whatever you have at home
let’s give it a good mix I hope you all
are ready we take the chicken and step
number one put it in the flour so it’s
covered full fully like white then you
put it into the egg mixture and then you
take it out and put it into the Corn
Flakes mix I don’t know why this makes
me so happy and then I’m using the air
fryer but you can also use the oven and
bake it in the oven I just want to show
it to you really close this is how it
should look like put it into the air
fryer and we do this now with all the
chicken piece by piece we cover it first
with the flour then egg
and then the Corn
Flakes I’m usually that type of person I
see a recipe on Tik Tok and then I save
it but I never make it but I don’t know
today making
it so much fun don’t just save the
recipes you also have to make it why do
you have to put the chicken into the
flour first so the egg holds better I’m
not really sure why I’m so excited to
air fry them and I’m even more excited
to eat them that’s going to be the best
part today then there is just one more
thing that we have to make it’s the
ketchup I have ketchup in my fridge I
would just love to use it but no today
we make it ourselves from scratch my air
fryer is full full I really make so many
things in the air fryer I think I should
invest into a bigger one but it’s just
me like for one person I have like
finger nuggets
what the
[ __ ] and let’s put them in for 20
minutes I’m now standing
here looking for a homemade ketchup
recipe that’s super easy that’s super
quick and the ones I found so far they
tell me I have to wait for like 2 hours
I have to heat it up first all the
ingredients and then I have to wait for
2 hours I’m not going to do that I I’m
definitely not waiting for 2 hours I’m
so hungry I just want to
eat I do that I do that I heat it up I’m
fine with that but I’m not waiting for 2
hours
n okay here’s what we need 120 g of
tomato paste it’s not just tomato sauce
it’s like this really thick tomato paste
that I got and I did not make this
myself no I bought it because yeah it’s
all getting out of control here
and then we need some white vinegar it
says around 20 G that’s not that
much and then we need some maple syrup
also around 20
G be careful with that we don’t want to
have super sweet ketchup and then we
need onion powder salt garlic I’m adding
a little bit of tra Joe’s flavored
ketchup spice I guess this in the states
finally I can use it for something I
mean it already looks good why do I have
to heat it up I don’t get
it wow I’m also adding a little bit of
Curry so I have Curry
ketchup the recipe says I should heat it
up so I invest those 4 minutes into it I
have no words for
this wow how did I make this myself I’m
most proud of the chicken
nuggets so

the ketchup is okay it’s okay it’s still
warm and The Taste is
