[Music] Namaste welcome to home hash life I hope you all are doing great it’s been a while since I shared a cleaning video with you all in today’s video I will be focusing on some necessary household cleaning chores probably we all do this chores from time to time I have a routine that always help me keep my home need or clean and that is very very satisfying I hope this video will add a drop of motivation for you to see the satisfaction that can come from this Mund everyday task so let’s get started [Music] I will be cleaning our chaa balcony Garden today while we were trying to Bear the heat the scorching heat I should say all of a sudden we had a very bad storm in Hyderabad out of nowhere the rain wrecked havoc and our balcony sharing a little bit of that story with you [Music] [Music] thanks to my house help she cleaned the balcony so nicely now it’s my turn to clean the leaves so that they can do photosynthesis better these are the cement particles from the construction site I cannot wash them with the water pipe alone it needs some scrubbing too this dust glove has a wide surface so I hope I won’t damage any leaves while cleaning stay in this moment going to lay here on the [Music] grass the construction site made my heart so sad but um it is inevitable that beautiful lush green View and mesmerizing Sunrise are just [Music] [Music] gone it is always a good idea to go for plant stands with added height that helps to keep the floor clean while we were renovating our balcony we asked our Mason to build this heavyduty Granite stand to keep our heaviest flowering Planters flowering plants and the pots need direct sun to flourish well summer is harsh but the Heat and sunlight help the flowering plants to bloom in our balcony Garden [Music] this time I wanted to decorate the garden with these Little Cuties can I have one for my room no if not for the view then at least uh these small Decor elements will keep the place and me happy they will give me company while I will do my morning yoga [Music] [Music] [Music] you all want me to add a recipe section in every video so here we are the snacks I’m making today is our very own Indian nanti but with a Twist [Music] [Applause] [Music] let me give you the measurements for Nan katai before I move to our favorite section k b I have two me measurements here on your screen both collected from the online sources I have made Nan katai with MAA so today I want to try the new recipe before we start making the dough Let’s uh preheat the oven well I’m preheating it to 180° for 15 minutes in today’s k b segment I want to share about Kahan cookies ke while I write the concepts for videos I do like to do some reading and learn about new information sometimes and I love to share them with you all when I read that Nan katai belongs to the shortbread family I wanted to learn more about cookies shortbread cookies have a rich history dating back to medable times in Scotland where they were originally made from leftover bread dough sweetened with honey and spices [Music] no any energy over time as white sugar and butter become more accessible the recipe evolved into The Buttery crumbly treat we know today short breads are denser crumbler and can be made with or without eggs and have a high fat content ratio to the flour butter and sugar cookies typically content eggs which makes them flexible and less crumbly so if someone ask ask you what is the difference between short bread and cookies now you [Music] know in the last video one of you commented about the sugar content which I completely understand and find sensible my intention behind making homemade sugary snacks is to reduce our consumption of packaged ones as much as possible kids and even adults often crave sweets despite knowing the harmful effects of sugar we sometimes indulge in a lot of sweets at once I allow my daughter to enjoy these sugary treats so that we can at least reduce cravings for jams jellies tofes chocolates and chocolate spreads as much as possible these are some of the simplest thing you can make at home for kids our Nan katai is ready s and I loved it he said it’s like Basin cadu for him do try it I’m sure you will love it amazing amazing I’ll explain I’ll store them in a clean jar after they cool down [Music] it’s lunch time for us many times you ask me about easy and quick meal ideas making a separate video will be good idea but for now I want to add a new section like which bate in a few videos if not in every video where I will do all the planning for you that you can quickly refer to and add to your daily meals I shared four names ideas for the segment on Instagram and you chose this one [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I will start the cleaning with mixer grinder but uh first let me begin the descaling cycle for the [Music] dishwasher deep cleaning helps the appliances stay maintained and run well for a long time s set the timer for half an hour if you are lagging behind well then you can grab the cleaning cloth and have a clean with me time together the mixer grinder works hard during the summer especially because of the mango smoothies you can see the dresses I hope also a lot of Grease has accumulated a simple toothbrush and a homemade cleaner are sufficient to remove all the grease I don’t take out the mixer from this tray but during the deep cleaning I always clean the tray and the bottom part of the mixer tell me doesn’t it feel so good after you complete that one job that you keep delaying yes it is satisfying [Music] indeed I feel like along with us our kitchen appliances also work 24 into 7 recently I did a deep cleaning for the refrigerator but within a week it feels like it needs another round of it but today I will just be wiping the shelves as I’m focusing on getting things done and I have a lot other appliances to clean the vegetable drawer is full so I’m postponing the cleaning for this coming weekend before the vegetable shopping I hope this cleaning will suffice to maintain a clean looking fridge for another 2 weeks the handles get very dirty easily uh so I use the same homemade cleaner to clean them a little bit of vacuuming is needed at the back side of the [Music] fridge it is recommended to clean the coils to remove dust so that the fridge can function better I have a dedicated video you can refer here the cycle has completed it’s been 2 months since I cleaned the dishwasher and I was supposed to descale it on this holy every Diwali and hooli I discale the dishwasher and washing machine to maintain their performance as the water here we live is hard why during holy and Diwali just to make it it easy for me to remember to run the disc scaling cycle this is PE who’s baby bottle brush though it’s broken now I use it to clean the mesh filter and it does the job perfectly now the mes filter looks much cleaner and our dishwasher shines so good I have a dedicated uh step-by-step video on how to clean a dishwasher if you wish you can refer if you ask me whom I love the most well meet the guy I cannot recall if I have shared about this microwave with you in previous videos I sold my 32 L microwave and bought this 23 L one with some added features it acts like an air fryer for me allowing me to grill uh Grill fry some pre-made snacks without oil the [Music] [Music] [Music] I use this oven to bake a lot of cakes on weekends or even sometimes weekdays and use it for grilling and roasting like roasting peanuts once a month but I don’t use it very often so there is a little less cleaning involved I cover it with a matching kitchen tow to avoid the hectic chore of cleaning d last every day I have a LoveHate relationship with this bread maker sometimes it bakes amazing bread and sometimes it’s very disappointing maybe I make some mistakes in the process every time I bake a bad bread um I try to figure out whether it’s the machine’s fault or mine this chimney has also collected grease and uh the tray is full of oil and grease too I keep those used dirty scrubbers to clean the chimney grease to remove this grease I use some heavy duty cleaner sometimes I feel overwhelmed when it comes to taking care of deep cleaning the home or kitchen it’s natural to feel this way especially when faced with a a long list of cleaning task along with cooking caregiving and office work however I have learned that breaking down the cleaning process into smaller manageable steps can make a huge difference when I’m overwhelmed with cleaning I like to focus on one step at a time like today I’m focusing on cleaning the kitchen appliances [Music] can we live without all this kitchen appliances for me the answer is no these appliances make my busy days a little less chaotic sometimes keeping them clean feels overwhelming but as the saying goes no pain no gain now that all the cleaning is done the kitchen appliances look so much better so much cleaner amidst the daily
