down 14 pounds so here’s a high protein what I eat in a day while also being in a deficit I started with my daily electrolyte and digestion drink then I started on my omelet this has one egg and the rest egg whites with onions and tomatoes I paired this with an iced coffee of course for lunch I made a turkey wrap with light mayo cheese tomatoes and lettuce with a side of cucumbers and tahen to act like my chips this was really good and easy to make there wasn’t a lot of protein in that lunch so I followed it up with a protein drink this is a sugar cookie flavor and I love it then later I had two cups of Greek yogurt with some strawberries and blueberries I know not Everyone likes Greek yogurt but there’s lots of ways you can dress it up to make it less boring for dinner I had some beef quesadillas SL tacos and then for the dipping sauce I put some Hidden Valley Ranch in plain Greek yogurt to make a higher protein Ranch for some volume I added some lettuce and tomatoes and these were delicious and then to finish the night I had some popcorn with an ollipop and went to bed another day of the cut complete
