This blended overnight oats recipe is like having dessert for breakfast and who wouldn’t want that?!

It’s so easy to make and prep before hand for breakfast on the go or for a quick snack! You can use your favourite overnight oat recipe and just blend it. But here’s my favourite combination.

Blend:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats (aka rolled oats)
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup of oatmilk
A pinch of salt

Chop up and layer fruit at the bottom of your jar and pour your blended oats on top. Then layer melted chocolate on top. Let it set and crack right into it!

Feel free to change up the fruit toppings, craving white chocolate? Do that instead! Want to use almond milk instead? Done. This recipe is so easy to adapt to your dietary needs and your taste. Have fun! But make sure you use old fashioned oats or else it won’t work.
