In this video I present Smoked Salmon Sandwich Recipe. It a healthy sandwich idea made with goat cheese, cucumber, tomato, lemon, capers, red onion and extra virgin olive oil (can be substituted with avocado oil). You will be glad make it and serve it as a homemade appetizer and surprise everybody with its great and delicious taste, wonderful and fancy look and feel. You don’t need any special cooking skills or kitchen equipment to follow this recipe.

Ingredients needed:
smoked salmon
baguette or crispy bread
goat cheese
tomato
cucumber
red onion
lemon
capers
olive oil or avocado oil

Cut baguette in small pieces (as shown in the video). You might even cut bread into bite size pieces for mini appetizers. If you want you can toast you bread until it is crispy and a bit golden. Put slice of goat cheese on each bread slice. It is a time for a nice slice of smoked salmon now. Smoked salmon should be the size of the bread. Put slice of tomato, cucumber and red onion on the top. Pour some virgin olive oil or avocado oil. Garnish with some capers. It is a great idea to serve this with little slice of lemon on the top so whenever somebody will decide to eat the sandwich they can squeeze fresh lemon juice on their salmon sandwich. You don’t need to salt it as salmon is salty enough and so does the goat cheese and capers. Natural taste from ingredients in this sandwich is rich enough so you are able to skip on any additional spices and herbs.
