[Music] [Applause] [Music] take me away don’t want to see you stay out as a woman of color especially a very dark skinned woman looking after my skin is very very important I’m always intrigued when I later but there’s l [Music] w w w wo woah woah wo w oh wo [Music] wo W wo [Music] W about um 1:00 2:00 so I’m planning to do my usual 7K steps outside and the rest indoors when I get back and I love my Countryside there’s so much to enjoy when you walk Outdoors especially with mental health it clears up your mind I have the energy to walk 50 Mi my issue really is time but I love my new lifestyle and I want you guys to join as much as possible set realistic goals maybe 5 6K for a start I Target 12 a day but you can have baby steps after an hour’s walk outdoors I felt great and I was about to start my day properly now [Music] [Music] this recipe here that I’m sharing is one that really helps me it’s extremely feeling and because I’m on days that I’m trying to have um less calorie intake if I can meals in high in protein I decided to use water after I mix some um raw raw raw oats as well as some cashew nuts hem seeds um chair seeds banana pumpkin seeds you can add as much as you you want but this always works out this way I give it a very good blend um and it’s ready to serve This was meant to be breakfast but on days that it’s warm I find this refreshing and guys believe this or not after eating this about 400 p.m. I was too full to eat anything else I topped it up with some coconut flakes and this was my one meal what I had I felt good it was nutritious and then I was ready to go but I’m going to share what I had the next day which is typically what I’ll eat in a day for lunch easy recipes that you can all try at home [Music] [Music] [Music] yeah so this was what um I decided to have the next day for lunch you can see that I am really trying to avoid simple carbs because they just really make me bloated they don’t keep me going long and I struggle to find the health benefits however I don’t cut anything out of my diet so I eat everything in moderation on this day I just fancied um a prom salad and I decided to make it because when you get to the point where you live a healthier Life Style um you don’t follow any Trends you don’t cut off anything completely because ask yourself the question is it sustainable not to have crabs at all I think it’s almost impossible so it’s some days that I’ll have crabs like you’ve probably seen in this video but the other days that I’ll have a salad like this and this is one of those days in fact when it gets
