pearl millet flour / bajra /kambu – 1 cup
wheat flour – 1/3 cup
salt
cumin – 1 tsp
sesame seeds – 1 tsp
ginger garlic green chilli paste – 1 tsp
fenugreek leaves / methi /venthaya keerai – 2 cups
coriander leaves – 1 cup
roasted kasturi methi – 1 tsp
red chilli powder – 1 tsp
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
carom seeds – 1 sp
yoghurt/dahi – 1 cup

sorghum chick pea rotti :
Ingredients
sorghum (jowar) / cholam flour – 1 cup
soaked and cooked black chick pea – 1 cup
green chillies – 4 to 5
ginger – half inch
water – half cup for make smooth paste
chopped onion – 1
carrots – half cup
coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
salt
cumin – half tsp
red chilli powder – half tsp
turmeric powder – half tsp
carom seeds – hals tsp
