so this Sunday night I want another Ice Cream Sandwich and I was craving too soft and chewy lemon cheesecake cookies layer vanilla ice cream in between and for this one I stuffed them with the rich cream cheese filling rolled every side in lemon sugar and the cookies are sour dough and naturally fermented so they’re good healthy and they baked up perfect
