RECIPE
ingredients:
Oat mixture
40 g oat flour (blended oats)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Optional: 15 g protein powder (I used whey salted caramel protein powder)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp sweetener of choice
50 g Greek yogurt
Topping: 1 tbsp date paste (caramel), 1 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts and 2 tbsp melted chocolate.
