hey guys welcome to my channel so today’s video is going to be uh what I eat in a day um every day is different what I eat every day is completely dependent on what I’m in the mood for how I feel and what we have in the house so yeah this is just what I ate today some days are completely different other days are similar to this so without further Ado let’s jump right this [Music] video okay so I started my day with my 12 oz of water I already drank that I Dr I chugged that while I’m in bed still then now I’m going to have my Med light Rowdy wants to go out and I’m going to have and I’m going to take where my probiotic and my aaol those two pills have to set my stomach for a little bit and I’ve been trying something a little bit different last few days seeing if it makes me less sick or sicker if I do those first and then have a little bit of a protein shake okay so to make my protein shake I use half a frozen banana I try to break it up a little bit that way Blends a little bit better if it lands in the blender that would help about four to six oun of milk yeah I just kind of eyeball that about a tablespoon of peanut butter and I try to make sure it doesn’t touch the side of blender cuz I hate having to clean that on and then a scoop of the vital performance vital proteins vital performance chocolate protein powder [Music] should have got a bigger glass but it’s fine okay so I’m going to drink this then I’m going to finish off my pedite and the rest of my meds okay so after I I have my protein shake and I finished my protein shake and my Pedialite that’s when I start my water we have a br of Walter Walter water filter and the first bottle of water I do I always mix in a packet of my normal light then I will have this bottle three filled up three more times and that’ll total 100 oz of water CU I only fill it up to 16 oz for my normal light then I do three 24 oz bottles and then the 12 oz I have in the morning will equal out to 100 oz every day that’s what I try to do every day so yeah and I don’t I’m not filming every time I fill up my water bottles I just want to do explain that here okay so for lunch I usually do leftovers the night before we had chili so I’m having leftover chili I’m in Kentucky we do spaghetti with our chili I to mine with um cheese and onions I wanted Fritos but we were out so yeah then my first afternoon snack was cucumbers there’s lettuce and onions on the board but I didn’t have any of that and that’s salad dressing and then after my workout I did my apple with sea salt and peanut butter if you haven’t tried it you need to my mom got me hoooked on this and I love it so that’s been my go-to snack lately and for dinner I didn’t realize how bad lighting was but it’s chicken fries with ketchup and craft macaroni and cheese okay so that’s going to be it for what I eat in a day if you like this video give it a thumbs up if you’ve not done already hit the red subscribe button down below other than that thank you for watching I’ll see you in my next video bye-bye [Music]
