join me for my Sunday routine that sets me up for a week of effortless healthy eating first we head to the organic farmers market to grab fresh produce for the week I clean and restock the fridge to make everything really enticing and easy to grab do a bit of planning for different meals We’ll have each night and make sure we have everything on hand then I chop up a few of the Fresh Veggies plus some extra protein here I’m using pork sausages fry them until soft and then pour some whisk eggs over the top then I just bake this up as a really high fiber and protein Rich meal for easy lunches next to make a teer pudding for breakfast using some coconut milk and yogurt and of course featuring our nourished inner beauty collagen add this all together in a jar and then shake it all up and then I top this with some frozen berries which will FL out nicely by the time I serve it up for breakfast and the last thing that I do is juice up some lemons blend these with fresh ginger strain that and then pour it into silicon molds and freeze them and then in the mornings when I wake up I just pop one or two of these into a cup with hot water to really help to Prime my digestion before breakfast recipes all these are in the caption enjoy
