From an healthy nectarine oatmeal overnight to a tasty Mongolian beef noodles , and a tasty snack of Blueberry smoothie.
And for dinner, I will show how I make Dill salmon recipe with potatoes

In this recipe, we will need 2 Nectarines Nectarines are the best addition to your oatmeal recipe because they are sweet and aromatic In a blender, add 1 nectarine and half 1 cup of almond milk or any milk 2 tbsp greek yogurt 1/2 tsp cinnamon Pour the nectarine mixture into a jar Add 1/2 cup oat or granola 1 tbsp Chia Mix well Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight Garnish it with some nectarine pieces In this recipe we will need 300 – 400 g of beef Cut your beef into slices Transfer beef slices to a large bowl 20 ml soy sauce 1 tbsp olive oil 2 garlic cloves or 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp cornflour to make the beef crispy Salt and black peppers to taste Mix well and set aside for 1 hour Slice half an onion 2 green onions The white and green parts used separetely 2 garlic cloves 2 cups of mix of green, yellow and red peppers 1 tbsp cornflour 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp of light soy sauce 1 tbsp of oyster sauce 1/2 cup water Add the prepared cornflour mixture Cook the beef until browned 3 – 4 minutes on both side will be sufficient Remove the beef and set aside Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the same pan Add minced garlic, red and green onion and cook it for 2 minutes Add the mix of peppers slices and cook it for 3 – 4 minutes Add again the cooked beef Pour the prepared soy mixture into the pan Add your cooked noodles Add the green onions Garnish it with sesame seeds In a blender add 1 banana 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries 1 cup of almond milk or any milk This salmon with dill and potatoes is packed full of favor and it willbe ready in less than 30 min cut half a lemon into slices Chop fresh dill Add the juice of half a lemon Crush 2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp of olive oil 1/2 tsp thyme (optional) Salt and black peppers to taste 400 g of salmon Add the marinade mixture to salmon Add the fresh dills and lemon slices on top Bake it in the oven for 20 min at 180 C In a pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 t Crush 2 garlic cloves Add 1 tsp paprika + salt and black peppers to taste Add 400 g boiled potatoes Cook it for 10 min Add some fresh dills on top I hope you enjoyed this video !
