you have to choose the right one the one that doesn’t have too many additives preservatives my best advice for all of you is to make your own nutrition bar at home so you can make one with oats um uh dates peanut butter unsweetened and uh put a bit of cinnamon and uh just push it all down put it into a blender and put it in the fridge cut pieces take them wherever you go
