What I eat in A day | Healthy Vegan Recipes for weight loss

Here are some vegan recipes that I eat in a day that help promote weight loss. These meals are super healthy, nutritious and all super quick to make. Breakfast
Handful of spinach
1/4 lemon
handful of walnuts
1 inch or less of ginger
1 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple & mango
1 cup of coconut water

lunch
1 1/2 cup of quinoa
handful of spinach
1 cup chickpeas
1 whole carrot
2 small tomatoes
half cup of hemp seeds
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup olive oil
pink himalayan salt & pepper

supper
1 cup of quinoa pasta

sauce:
1 avocado
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
hemp protein powder (unflavoured)
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
pink himalayan salt
