हेलो फ्रेंड्स वेलकम टू आवर य चैनल टेस्ट एंड टूर आज हम बनाएंगे ब्रेड बेसन वाला उसके लिए मैंने बेसन ले लिया है और ब्रेड लिए है मैंने ब्राउन ब्रेड लिए है अब मैं एक बाउल में बेसन डालूंगी पहले य बेसन मैंने छान के ही रखा हुआ है तो मैं इसमें दो से तीन बड़े चम्मच डाल दूंगी बेसन अब इसके अंदर मैं डालूंगी स्पाइसे मैं डालूंगी थोड़ी सी सूखी मेथी अकॉर्डिंग टू टेस्ट नमक थोड़ी सी रेड चिल्ली पाउडर थोड़ा सा धनिया पाउडर थोड़ी सी अजवाइन थोड़ा सा कड़ा धनिया और थोड़ी सी मैं डालूंगी मस्टर्ड सीड्स अब मैं इसका एक घोल तैयार कर लूंगी पहले जैसे हम पड़ों का तैयार करते हैं वैसे ही मैं इसका तैयार करूंगी लम्स नहीं होना चाहिए एक भी मेरा ऐसे ही बैटर होना चाहिए यह देखो मैंने अपना बैटर तैयार कर लिया है अच्छे से अब मैं बनाती हूं गैस के ऊपर मैंने कढ़ाई चढ़ा दी है आप नॉनस्टिक तवा भी ले सकते हैं नॉनस्टिक पैन कुछ भी ले सकते हैं मैं नोटिक प ही बना रही हूं अब मैं इस पर थोड़ा सा ऑयल लगाऊंगी ऑयल मेरा गर्म हो र हो चुका है अब मैं इसके अंदर ब्रेड को ऐसे डिप कर दूंगी अच्छे से दोनों तरफ से कोट हो जाना चाहिए अब मैं डाल दी हम स्लो गैस पर ही बनाएंगे अब मैं इसको पलट लूंगी यह देखो ऐसे ही मैं अपने दोनों तरफ से गोल्डन ब्राउन कर लूंगी और मेरे तैयार हो जाएंगे आप ब्रेकफास्ट में भी बना सकते हैं हेल्दी भी है ये मैंने ब्राउन ब्रेड यूज किया है और बेसन भी तो ये हेल्दी भी हो गया ठीक हमारा बेसन वाला ब्रेड तैयार हो गया है ये देखो ऑयल भी नहीं ज्यादा लगता है ऐसे ही मैं अपने सारे तैयार कर लूंगी ब्रेड अब मैं थोड़ा सा ऊपर से काली सरसों डाल दिया मैंने इससे टेस्ट और भी अच्छा आएगा अब मैं पलट दूंगी अब मैं इसको दोबारा पलट रही हूं ये देखो हमारा ब्रेड तैयार हो गया ब्रेड हमारे बेसन वाले तैयार हो गए हैं अगर आपको हमारी रेसिपी अच्छी लग रही है तो प्लीज लाइक कमेंट शेयर एंड सब्सक्राइब करना ना भूले थैंक यू
