better I’m everything you see better I’m everything you need hello hello and welcome to healthy life with Kimmy hey guys I’m out doing my daily walk so today I want to talk about Park safety again I did a full video on this but I want to show you my new little doohickey somebody recommended to me it’s a air horn okay so I’mma stop for a minute see can I capture a little light how about like that yeah that’s good so I wanted to show you my new little doohickey it’s a air horn I was reading it sometime people use it like if they’re out at Sea on on the ship or a boat they get lost need help I got to keep moving so my watch don’t stop so I’mma keep on hope the light is okay so anyway I got this though because even at the park you guys have heard me mention that people don’t have their dogs on leashes okay and that happened a few weeks ago and I forgot to tell y’all about it but it was a lady she had three dogs and they were not on a leash and if you anything like me sometimes I’m frightened of dogs I don’t mind the little ones but these were kind of big and one time I was out here it was a beautiful white dog he looked like he was um a colleague or something in that family and he was beautiful and I just happened to be looking I said is he loose sure enough he was loose so this lady came pass me with her little dog on the leash and I asked her I said is that white dog loose she said yeah is that your dog I said no I said it sure is not so she was like yeah I saw him too so it may be that either the owners are here the dogs are loose or it could be a stray dog or any animal so Jeff did a little sample with this earlier I’m not going to do it now for you but just a little tap I mean a little tap and this siren gu size is crazy so it has a liquid in there and you don’t want to shake it that probably would be your tendency to want to shake it but it says do not shake it or lay it down or anything before you get ready to use it so um it’s hot out here again y’all see I’m sweating sweating which is sweat is good that’s how I know I’m doing something cuz when I’m at home doing my elliptical even though I like it I don’t always sweat unless I do at least 20 minutes on it unless I do at least 20 so I love walking out here I think I showed y’ my pants look hold on looking like mini pearl I crack myself up every time I put these on but they’re kind of comfortable and I do look like mini pearl when I put on all these colors and stuff but I’m just out here walking I’m not out here for a beauty pageant but I wanted to also just leave a motivational tip with you I think I’m going to do a series for the month of June with a few tips 30 tips I’m going to look on the internet they won’t all be original I’ll probably add my spin to them but I’m going to add 30 tips daily for the month of June to help with um those who just may be struggling the summertime is hard you going to barbecues you going to birthday parties you going to graduations and everybody got all this cake weddings we didn’t even mention that college graduation parties high school elementary it’s a party for everything but the summer months are really hard so I’m going just leave a tip today and the tip today is enjoy your friends and family just don’t forget you enjoy your friends and family don’t forget you what do I mean by that go to the party don’t say I’m not going because I can’t eat something I’ve had many of my friends before they’re like you know what I’m just not even going to go cuz I already know they going to have a buffet of food nothing’s going to be healthy nothing I can eat from so I’m just not going to go no life is too short enjoy the experience with your friends and family just already have a plan if you don’t have a plan that means you plan to fail okay we all know that if you don’t have a plan the plan is to fail so for example when you get there doing low carbon whatever you’re doing okay I’m trying to get the light um you want to pick the proteins okay pick the proteins everybody usually have chicken everybody usually have chicken so have you some chicken most even barbecues the worst party offenders usually have some salad so get you some chicken some salad eat on a saucer sometimes you can eat on or if you have a large plate don’t fill it up just fill up the center okay so your girl is back on track I had about a month there when quite frankly I was always on plan but I had gained about 6 lb so so cuz I was on vacation and it was a long vacation visiting family and it wasn’t just always easy for me to prepare my own meals I didn’t prepare any meals so the only gain six for a whole month where I didn’t I didn’t prepare any of my meals that was pretty good so but put you first go to the Gathering go to the party go to the dinner cuz if you isolate yourself and you do not do these things you really going to go off your diet the next time then everybody coming back talking about the experience how nice it was and you know they had a beautiful time and you didn’t go because you were afraid what you going to eat no that is not enjoying life that is not enjoying life I was talking to someone today and they were saying they lost their husband and they were saying that they wish that he could have really enjoyed their retirement home that they purchased um a little bit longer he had like a couple good years like two good years in the property but they had been living there for like almost they had bought it like 13 years ago hello they had bought it like 13 years ago so she was saying that she wish that he could have enjoyed it more and that broke my heart cuz I remember when they moved here and I used to say the same thing they were coming from a North moving to the South and you work all your life you want to be able to enjoy life so even when it comes to your dieting yes you have to do some things differently to see some results okay that might mean no cake a smaller piece of cake I’m not into deprivation you know this if you watch my channel any length of time I’m not into deprivation that’s why I’m on the slow train but I’m keeping my weight off I’m keeping it off still over 20 lbs down still over 20 so I’m doing something right you know have you lost 20 lbs and that’s for the haters out there that’s not for everybody that’s for the people that say well you’ve been doing it forever you should have lost more weight that’s for those people but I’m keeping it off my numbers look good I feel good and I’m enjoying life I always say you know I seen a lot of death so at this point I’m going to enjoy my life if I want me a piece of cake by golly I’m going to have it now do I need to eat the whole cake no I don’t need to eat the whole cake but I’m going to have some of the cake okay if I want a piece of fried chicken I’m going to have the Fried Chicken do I need the whole piece of fried chicken or the whole chicken no I ain’t never ate a whole chicken I’m exaggerating however now I might get two Wings where before I just was being greedy in one of the largest pieces of meat which would have been like the breast and a wing but now sometime I can do a wing in the leg smaller pieces you know to cut down on the calories but yet have the taste so put you first put you first but do not miss out on the experience do not okay um if you have any tips to help everybody this summer or whatever time you’re watching this video cuz I don’t really care when you watching it’s always a party it’s always something going on where people will be inviting you over and I have never subscribed to oh I’m not going cuz I’m on a diet and they’re not going to have any food I can eat and I don’t want you to do that either experiences are Priceless life is priceless enjoy your friends enjoy your family but put you first I forgot to mention too this horn here is for your two-legged friends too if you got a guy coming up on you and he looking suspicious and too close this will scare him away too cuz he probably not expecting that so this is for your two-legged people okay cuz a lot of times out here in this park I told y my tip the other day I try to walk with families they don’t know I’m walking with them but if you ever are by yourself it’s good to have that also okay all right I just didn’t want to forget that tip which I did okay okay until next time I wanted to show you one more time my air horn bam okay I got my fanny pack my clear fanny pack and in my fanny pack I have my keys let me show you cuz I was walking around at one time I didn’t have my car keys so Jeff was like I said where if ick I to get in the car cuz you know I walk separately that was crazy and I wasn’t carrying my ID now I carry my ID and um so I have my keys my ID and my air horn for now that’s all I’m carrying and my clear fanny pack and you get a fanny pack from anywhere I just happen to have a clear one because I um was going somewhere and it required it to be clear so that’s why I got a clear one but you can get it anywhere so guys I’m going to get out of here but until next time this is healthy life with Kimmy bye [Music]
