I am on a mission to get as shredded as possible while still having a fully functional pee PE but I cannot bring myself to eat Bland foods that look and taste like a Taylor Swift song my diet has three simple rules the food can’t taste like dry ass it has to be simple because I can’t cook it has to be high in protein because muscles here is what I ate today chocolate cookie dough made mostly from oats this has the consistency and taste of regular cookie dough except half the calories and 60 g of protein fruit bowl with strawberry kefir super sweet and delicious KFC style popcorn chicken with macaroni and all the cheese that I could find if my neighbor is watching this I am sorry there are also veggies for my guilt bis off Kinder Bueno and Reese’s buttercup pieces in a frozen protein shake this may look like a child finally broken into the sweee cupboard that’s because I did but this dessert is something that I look forward to all damn day and it sustainably satisfies all my cravings
