[Music] I forgot to tell you guys what’s actually in my coffee um but I’m going to tell you guys I do probably about like half a tablespoon to a tablespoon of coconut oil one scoop of the vital proteins collagen and then I do six dashes of cinnamon I do a teaspoon of this mushroom blend that I have that has like lines man ret I don’t know if it has ret but I’ll link it down below so that way you guys can see what’s all in it and then I do maple syrup M as my milk the almond milk and then coffee and then I blend it so it gets all fry and it’s absolutely delicious [Music] W my face looks absolutely insane because I have sunscreen on so I look very very pale but the first part to our breakfast is a smoothie um this is like our carb Source why is the lighting so bad this is our carb source for our breakfast so it’s blueberries mangoes pineapple I did do a scoop of collagen because the serving size for the vital proteins is Two Scoops and I only do one scoop in our coffees in the morning so technically our Smoothie has two scoops in it but I split it between me and autum and then I just did some almond milk and some water so that’s our first part to our breakfast and Autumn is outside making our eggs and [Music] to w oh avocado [Music] B this is a breakfast we have very often cuz it’s super quick and delicious so I do two chicken patties one egg these are the Applegate Maple chicken and maple sausage patties they’re so delicious and then some avocado and then a smoothie for carbs so I’m going to go eat this I had full intentions in making my own lunch today cuz I’m working from home but they are in there working on my kitchen right now and I’m really hungry so my dad want to go get us some tacos this deliciousness is what I will be eating for lunch it’s three SAA tacos with a bean toava and this is what I call balance this what I love about the way I eat is that I’m not going to stress about the fact that I’m eating tacos for lunch because I wouldn’t be eating it if I was able to cook from home but there’s no reason for me to feel guilty about it if it’s my only option um I probably could have got something healthier but this is around the corner from my house and it’s quick this obviously isn’t like the most nutritious not the best quality but I’m hungry and my body needs some food so any food fueling my body is better than no food TR out time everybody and the thas that they make the thas that they use at the place around the front of my house they make thas they have handmade thas for tacos so 10 out of 10 fire if anyone is wondering at all I still don’t have a stove so we’re making progress on our kitchen but I don’t have any appliances to cook so let’s go outside and cook dinner together look crazy right now sorry it’s the end of the day it’s almost 6 o00 it’s probably 100° out so let’s cook a really quick delicious dinner together you’re going to need some beef we’re going to break it up anyways or you can use chicken ground turkey beef whatever you want I just like beef honestly and I’m having chicken in a different meal this week I actually got this info from Caitlyn Nolan I love her videos so I’ll link her video down below that she did like the recipe on but I did change it a little bit so anyways let’s get into it we’re going to do two pounds of beef which is like eight patties I cooked dinner for me Adam and my dad so I’m doing six patties instead of eight I know I said two bounds of beef right now but I’m going to do like a pound and a half instead to not die of heat exhaustion out here and because I love them so much I’m drinking coconut water the harmless Harvest ones are the absolute best I adore these this is the star of the show I think I cooked dinner like at 6 but I wasn’t really hungry I just wanted to get out of the way cuz it’s again I’ve already said this like a million times but really hot here I’m serving myself right right now I just did the microwave of O Rice I get it from Sprouts it’s brown rice and it’s in the microwave right now so we’re just going to have that with the beef and cabbage mix with probably some more sauce on top and that’s it I get fixated on certain like meals and right now is the breakfast that I showed this morning and it’s going to be this beef stuff for a while it’s so easy to make and so freaking good this is the star of the show like 10 out of 10 so good okay that’s my dinner for tonight I cannot wait till my kitchen’s done and I can have cute plates again really hoping my next what ia day is filmed in my new kitchen I will be so happy if it is um and I probably I don’t know if I’m going to eat after this so I’m not going to do an outro yet so get it now [Music] okay we just got back from our nighttime walk with storm and it’s really late it’s already 9:14 but I’m going to make a sleepy mocktail for me and Adam I pretty much always make two of everything so let’s get into it right now I’m using this uh natural Vitality magnesium the unflavored so it says calm I’m pretty sure you guys have seen it literally everywhere serving size is two teaspoons this is definitely a tablespoon so we’re just going to like eyeball a [Music] teaspoon I just realized my camera wasn’t recording any of that time but I it’s still really hot outside so when we got back from taking storm I wasn’t really craving anything sweet or I was craving something sweet but nothing like chocolatey so this is like the perfect little sweet treat before you go to bed and it’s like a sleepy mocktail so like helps Aid your sleep look up benefits of magnesium and talk to your doctors about all that stuff but super delicious and that’s going to conclude my what I eat in a day this is not for educational purposes I’m not a nutritionist this is just solely what I ate this day it’s different every single day and this is if you want a little bit of inso for your next meals anyways I’ll talk to you guys next time [Music]
