one of my favorite meals to help me lose 135 lb and go from this to this we’re going to start by cracking four eggs but you can use as many as you’d like then we’re going to add a scoop of protein powder and I use the vanilla ice cream flavor then add some sugar-free almond milk a little bit of cinnamon and a DA of salt then mix it all together and take a little bit of cooking spray and spray the pan pour everything in and don’t worry about the clumps they’re going to bake right in scramble everything until it’s nice and cooked and then you’re going to add the secret ingredients Zer calorie pancake syrup pour it on top and this meal has 400 calories and 50 g of prot R and make sure you like the video and follow me for more weight loss tips
