this super moist banana bread is hey and eye protein let’s make it quickly in a bowl combine bananas with an egg and maple syrup then add vanilla extract and uh cinnamon and a pinch of salt to balance all the flavors now you can add the cottage cheese I use full fat cottage cheese but uh also lowfat cottage cheese will work now with the help of a whisk mix all together until you get as mood butter and uh the bananas are completely meshed add flour I use all flour you can use any flour then I’m also adding some vanilla protein powder you can replace with um almond flour or more o flour then baking powder to help the banana bread rice now mix everything together until the butter gets smooth and lump free depending on the size of the bananas you may need to add some more milk in case that it is to thick or um some more flour in case that the butter gets to run transfer the butter to a baking pan and bake it until the banana bread gets moist and so delicious
