Beetroot Dahi Sandwich

Ingredients:
– 1 cup hung curd
– 1 medium beetroot, grated
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
– 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
– 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
– Salt to taste
– Bread slices
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
– A few curry leaves

Instructions:
1. Mix the hung curd, grated beetroot, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, black pepper powder, chili powder, chaat masala, and salt in a bowl.
2. Spread the mixture evenly on a slice of bread and cover with another slice.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and toast the sandwich until golden brown.
