Soya Masoor Pulav Recipe Ingredients :
Soya chunks – 30 gms
Masoor – 20 gms
Rice – 50 gms
Cooking Oil – 1 tsp
Cabbage
Carrot
Capsicum
Onion
Ginger Garlic Paste
Green Chili
Schezwan sauce
Soya sauce
Chinese masala

✅ Palak Paneer Biryani Pulao Recipe Ingredients :
1/2 Cup Basmati Rice
1 Cup water
Salt as per taste
1 Bunch Palak(Spinach leaves)
Ice water in Bowl
100g paneer
2 Tbsp Deshi Ghee
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1/2 Tsp Rai (1/2 Mustard Seeds)
1/2 tsp hing Asafoetida
1 pyaaj (onion)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 green chili finally chopped
1 Elaichi (Green cardamom)
2-3 Long (Clove)
1 Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
2 Tbsp fansi (French beans)
2 Tbsp matar (green peas)
2 Tbsp capsicum
1 Tbsp spring onion
1 Tbsp spring garlic
1/4 Tsp Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
1 Tsp Shahi Biryani Masala
1 Tsp garam masala
1 Tbsp coriander powder
1/2 Limboo ka ras (Lemon juice)
2 Tbsp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)

To marinate Soya chunks
Soya Chunks – 1/2 Cup
Hot Water
Curd – 3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Garam masala -1/4 Tsp
Chili Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Salt – 1/2 Tsp

To make pulao
Basmati Rice – 1/2 Cup
Ghee – 1Tbsp
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Whole Spices
(Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Bay Leaf & Cumin Seeds)
Onion – 2 Nos Chopped
French beans -10 to 12
Peas- 3 Tbsp
Green Chili – 1Nos Chopped
Pound Ginger – 1 Tsp
Tomato – 1 Nos Chopped
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Biryani masala -1 Tbsp
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Salt
Water – 1 1/2 Cups
