Making food at home every day doesn’t have to be a chore. I spiced up my dinner routine with a delicious, hearty vegetarian ramen noodle recipe box from Good Food. I sautéed garlic and ginger 🫚 🧄 in a pan with carrots 🥕, bell pepper 🫑, and bok choy 🥬 for 2-3 minutes until everything softened, then drizzled with salt and pepper. The low-carb rice noodles were boiled in a separate pan, drained, and then combined with the vegetables, followed by the secret sauce – literally, soy sauce. Voilà!

I garnished it with sweet sesame seeds and ground peanuts & served hot 🙂

Oh boy, nothing in the world tasted as good as a plateful of fresh ramen noodles that evening.
