INGREDIENTS

1 peach or nectarine (or 1/2 of each)
2 mozzarella log pieces
6 slices of prosciutto
Drizzle of hot honey
Arugula or microgreens

DIRECTIONS

•Slice your fruit, cheese, and cut your slices of prosciutto in half.
•Wrap the fruit and cheese in the prosciutto and lightly fry for a couple minutes on each side until browned and slightly crispy
•Lay on your greens, top with hot honey and enjoy!
