Oats omelette // A healthy breakfast recipe useful for weight loss//how to make oats omelette// Quick and easy recipe

Ingredients:

Chopped onions-2 tbsp
Chopped chillies-1 tbsp
Oats flour-2 tbsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
salt
Eggs-2
Red bell pepper-1 tsp
yellow bell pepper-1 tsp
green bell pepper-1 tsp
Garam masala powder

Procedure:
1.Mix chopped onions, chopped chillies,oats flour,black pepper powder,red chilli powder and enough salt in a bowl.
2.Break the eggs into the same bowl and whisk well.
3.Heat oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture.
4.stud with red ,yellow and green bell pepper and sprinkle garam masala powder on egg mixture.
5.Once the omelette is cooked on one side, flip it to the other side and cook untill done. healthy eating oatmeal what i eat in a day
