Puffed rice Upma
¥ Add water to puffed rice. Squeeze it and put it aside.
¥ To the mixer jar, add roasted chana dal and garlic cloves. Grind it to fine powder.
¥ To the pan, add oil, cumin, and mustard seeds. Then add groundnuts and roast it.
¥ Now add chilli and vegetables of your choice(here I added frozen vegetables). Roast it for 1-2 minutes.
¥ Add turmeric, salt, and mix it.
¥ Now add puffed rice and roasted chana dal powder. Give it a good mix and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
¥ And now are ready to serve it and enjoy.
