Here’s a quick and easy recipe for a vibrant summer salad that you’ll love.
Ingredients:
5 thinly sliced radish
1 yellow thinly sliced zucchini
1 thinly sliced cucumber
Tbsp Fresh dill
1 Green onion
1 Lime juice
1tbsp Olive oil
Dash of salt and black pepper
Instructions:
Combine the thinly sliced radish, zucchini, and cucumber in a bowl.
Add finely chopped fresh dill and green onion.
Drizzle with lime juice ,salt, pepper and olive oil.
Toss everything together until well combined.
