For Summer Melon Salad:
1.1 Red Onion
2. Salt to Taste
3. Black Pepper to Taste
4. 1/2 cup Salted Sunflower or Pumpkin Seeds
5. 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
6. 1 Iceberg Lettuce
7. 1 Muskmelon/ Honey Dew Melon
8. 2 Cucumbers
9. 1 tsp Olive Oil
For Watermelon Pops:
10. 3-4 Watermelon Sliced Triangular
11. 4 Popsicle Sticks
12. 1 tsp Chaat Masala
13. 1 tbsp Olive Oil
14. 1 tsp Black Pepper
15. 1 tsp Lemon Juice
16. 1 tbsp Mint Leaves
17. 2 tbsp Feta Cheese / Paneer
18. 1 tbsp Balsamic Reduction
19. 1 tsp Salt
For Raw mango & Papaya Salad:
20. 1 Unripe Mango
21. 1 Raw Green Papaya
22. 2 Birds Eye Chillies
23. 4 Shallots
24. 4-5 Sprigs of Mint Leaves
25. 1/2 tbsp Lime Juice
26. 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
27. 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
28. Salt to Taste

Method

For Melon Salad
1. Take a mixing bowl and add black pepper powder, salt, olive oil, lemon juice and mix it and the dressing is ready.
2. Then add honey dew melon, muskmelon, cucumber, iceberg lettuce and toss it up well.
3. Sprinkle some pumpkin seeds from above.
4. Ready to serve.

For Watermelon Pops
1. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, mint leaves and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
Mix and create the dressing.
2. Put few watermelon triangles and coat it with the dressing.
3. Prick a ice-cream stick into the watermelon triangles.
4. Grill it for few minutes till it’s done.
5. Take it out on a plate and drizzle some balsamic vinegar over it along with some feta cheese and chaat masala.

For Raw Mango And Papaya Salad
1. Take a bowl and put onion, raw papaya, raw mango and roasted peanuts in it.
2. For the dressing, add brown sugar, salt, chopped bird’s eye chillies, lemon juice and toss it well in the salad.
3. Plate the salad and Garnish with some mint leaves.
