.. Have you ever tried Garlic Curry?
It’s easiest and yummiest way to eat garlic even if you don’t like.
So good for patients specially, heart patients. It also maintain cholesterol level and blood pressure.
Method to cook it.
Ingredients..
Garlic bulbs..2
vegetable oil.. 2 table spoon
milk…1/2 kg
water…3/4 glass
red chilli flakes..1/2 tea spoon
zeera(cumin seeds)..1/2 tea spoon
salt..1/2 tea spoon
turmeric powder..1/4 tea spoon
black pepper…1/4 tea spoon
Green coriander
garam masala
Method…
First of all, add oil in the pan,now add garlic and fry it for few minutes. Now add red chilli flakes, zeera, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper and fry slightly. Now add water and cook it for 10 minutes on low heat.
Now add milk and cook it again for 10 minutes on slow heat until it thick.
It’s ready now. Garnish it with green coriander and garam masala.
Enjoy it with chapati.(bread)
