Most people don’t eat enough protein. And when they hear they should be eating 0.7 to 1 gram per pound of body weight per day, they find it almost impossible! For a guy like me who is 180 lbs, that is 126g to 180g of protein per day.

I’m not that great at mental math, so I always shoot for the 1 gram per pound of body weight… it’s much easier to remember.
It’s not impossible, you just have to prepare. And this recipe will have you VERY PREPARED. This recipe will fit into any gut health, anti-inflammatory, and/or balanced diet.

Ingredients:
– Any amount of chicken breast (I usually prep 2 – 4lbs for the week)
– 1 tbsp Olive oil per 1 lb chicken
– Seasoning of your choice
Recipe:
– Butterfly the chicken. You want it all the same thickness so it cooks evenly
– Coat the chicken with olive oil and then season it
– Air fry at 400 degrees for 14 minutes
– Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting

This will last in the fridge for about 5 days. Now go hit your protein goals!
