Imagine eating snacks that have no processed sugar and are completely guilt-free to eat. What’s more? They’re are quick to make as well. We all love the possibility of such snacks and turns out, it’s very much possible. Not only are these guilt-free snacks amazingly healthy – as they are rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, good fats, etc. – they also taste delicious.

Ladoo is a traditional Indian dessert which is high in sugar and carbs. However, in this video, we’re exploring a ladoo recipe that is filled with good fats and high protein as it’s made with dried fruits/nuts. It’s super simple to make and store, and can be had anytime you’re hungry.
Why buy Granola Bars from stores when you can make them at home without any baking involved. Just carry 1-2 with you all the time and take a bite whenever your body is low on fuel. Nothing can be more nutritious than this.
What’s special about Khajur/Dates barfi is that it’s not only a healthy sugar-free snack, it’s also a good dessert to have during (Indian) festivals. The sweet taste in this barfi is due to the inherent sweetness of the dates.
Smoothies are probably the easiest snacks/breakfast to make and they do not require any elaborate preparation. In this video, you’ll see my personal favourite smoothie made with bananas and peanut butter.
