Grilled egg mayo sandwich is a quick and healthy breakfast recipe.you can also served it for lunch, snack, light dinner or lunch box with some ketchup or your choice of dip. This is a quick sandwich recipe that can be made in minutes with very few ingredients. To make this sandwich doesn’t require pre- planning.

Brown bread 4 slices
Eggs 2nos
Mayonnaise
Butter
Black salt
Black pepper
Chopped onion
Chopped Coriander

At first boil eggs for 7 minutes. Take 1 bread slice and apply mayonnaise on it. Cut boiled egg and top on the bread. Sprinkle Chopped onion, Chopped Coriander, black sant and black pepper. Cover with another bread slice. Apply soften butter on it. Heat a iron tawa. Place the buttered part of the bread on the tawa. Press with a spatula to get even grill. Apply butter on another bread. Turn and grill in low heat. Serve with tomato ketchup.
